If looked after with care, your HayMate should give a great many years of reliable service. However, should your horse sit on it or a bale descend from a great height, your HayMate is easily fixed and we can supply spare parts.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your HayMate, return it to us in ‘as new’ condition, with receipt, and we will refund the full cost of your HayMate.
